Every 30 minutes, every day at work, I get an email with queries from reporters looking for sources for pieces they’re working on. Usually they’re pretty lame like “I’m looking for an enterprise software CEO to talk about trends in virtualization and data warehousing,” but sometimes there are some pretty entertaining ones. Here’s a fun one I received today:
“I’m writing an article about women who have experienced orgasm during labor, for a well-known pregnancy Web site. If you’re interested in being quoted, or want to anonymously share your story, please e-mail me a short description of what you experienced. Experts, please e-mail me a quote on the topic. Contact: Amy Levine, askamynyc@gmail.com.”
